When will I get my order?
2-4 working days is the short answer. As soon as your order comes in we’ll give you an estimated shipping and delivery date. The biggest factor for a longer delivery time is availability, but you can always see this before you buy. If you do want to check up on anything in this regard please just get in touch with us, and if you really, really need it in a hurry our experiments with time travel have all failed but we’ll see what we can do for you. Do you take American Express?
We process all American Express payments securely through PayPal, not the regular credit card section. So you can begin the PayPal option during checkout, and once you’re on the PayPal page click on 'Don't Have a PayPal account' and just pay via your American Express on the secure PayPal payment gateway. Can I pay Cash?
Of course! We want to make life as easy as it can be. When you place your order just choose the “Cash on Delivery” (COD) option as your preferred form of payment.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes again. You can definitely pay by cheque. We’ll ship your order once we’ve received the cheque and the funds are cleared. If you’re a regular customer, just let us know that you’ve sent the cheque, and we’ll ship. We trust that the funds will get to us in time.
You can post it in favour of 'Life Project Limited' to Unit A, 18/F, Block 2, Golden Dragon Centre, 162-170 Tai Lin Pai Rd, Kwai Chung, Hong Kong.
What other payment options do I have?
In addition to credit card/ paypal checkout via our secure payment gateway you can also:
Do bank transfer/ cash deposit into our HSBC bank account number – 652-018417-001 (Life Project Limited) or
Do a PayPal transfer to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I pick up products from your store?
Unfortunately, no. We do not have a store, so all products must be delivered. But because you can choose delivery time, date and place- delivery is on your schedule.
